38. REVOCABLE EASEMENT AND TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT FOR THE CITY OF MESA Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute all documents required as part of, a Revocable Easement (RE) and a Temporary Construction Easement (TCE) with the City of Mesa (City) for the construction and use of a bus turn-out lane on Desert Vista Hospital property at 570 West Brown Road in Mesa, AZ. The TCE and RE are prerequisites in order for the City to establish a bus turn-out lane that will more safely service visitors to the adjacent Mesa Grande Ruins at 1000 North Date Street in Mesa, AZ. The City will be financially responsible for all costs associated with the planning, design, permitting, construction and operation of the bus turn-out lane as well as all resulting impacts to the balance of the County’s Desert Vista Hospital property. The Maricopa County Special Health Care District will be signatory to the RE and TCE documents. THIS ITEM REQUIRES UNANIMOUS CONSENT OF THE BOARD . (C-18-13-010-3-00)
