82. IGA G-30151 WITH CITY OF PHOENIX FOR RECIPROCAL ACCESS Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute, Intergovernmental Agreement G-30150 (IGA) between Maricopa County (County) and the City of Phoenix (City) to allow each party reciprocal access across the secured parking lots serving the Old Courthouse and the Historic City Hall in downtown Phoenix. This IGA formalizes the general guidelines that will allow both the County and the City to traverse across each other’s parking lots associated with the Old Courthouse at 125 W. Washington, Phoenix, AZ, and the Historic City Hall at 17 S. 2nd Avenue, Phoenix, AZ. The term of the IGA will be for 25 years with the option to renew for a second 25 year term. Either party may terminate the IGA with no less than 365-day prior written notice. The County, or the County’s designee, will be responsible for the operation and the maintenance of the security system(s) associated with the entrance to, and exit from, the subject parking lots. The City and the County will share proportionately in all common area costs associated with the security, operation and maintenance of the parking lots. (C-18-13-020-3-00)
