40. NON-EXCLUSIVE COX EASEMENT FOR TELECOMMUNICATIONS Approve a Non-Exclusive Easement, without a public auction pursuant to ARS 11-251 (9), to the benefit of Cox Communications Arizona , LLC (Cox), its affiliates, successors and assigns, in consideration of one dollar ($1.00), to construct, place, operate, inspect, maintain, repair, replace, and remove telecommunications facilities as Cox may from time-to-time require for servicing the Lodestar Day Resource Center at the Human Services Campus, and authorize the Chairman to execute the Non-Exclusive Easements approved as to form by the County Attorney’s Office. The subject Non-Exclusive Easement is required to provide Cox telecommunications service to the Lodestar Day Resource Center at the Human Services Campus. The Human Services Campus LLC concurs with the proposed easements. (C-18-13-022-3-00) THIS ITEM REQUIRES THE UNANIMOUS CONSENT OF THE BOARD .
