54. REVOCABLE LICENSE AGREEMENT P-50229 WITH MARICOPA COUNTY REGIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 509 FOR USE OF FACILITIES AT THE SOUTHEAST REGIONAL CENTER Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute, revocable license agreement P-50229 with Maricopa County Regional School District No. 509 (District) for use of County duct bank and pathways at the County’s Southeast Regional Center (SE Regional Center) for the purpose of installing, operating and maintaining fiber optic cable to serve the educational programs at the Juvenile Detention facilities at the SE Regional Center. The District has determined the need to install fiber optic cable at the County’s Southeast Regional Center in order for the District to meet the requirements of the educational programs serving the Juvenile Detention facilities at the SE Regional Center. Revocable License Agreement P-50229 will allow the District to use the County’s duct bank and other pathways at the SE Regional Center for the installation, operation and maintenance of the District’s fiber optic cable. The license fee is non-financial. The term of the agreement is for ten (10) years unless terminated earlier by written notice to the District. (C-18-13-028-3-00)
