36. BUDGET ADJUSTMENTS FOR FY2013 Approve a non recurring fund transfer from the General Fund (100) to the Solid Waste Management Fund (580) for an amount not-to-exceed $1,141. Also, pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17106(B), authorize the following budget adjustments for FY 2013: 1. increase Waste Resources and Recycling (670) Solid Waste Management Fund (580) Non Recurring Non Project (0001) revenue by $1,141. 2. increase Waste Resources and Recycling (670) General Fund (100) Non Recurring Non Project (0001) expenditures by $1,141. 3. decrease Non Departmental (470) General Fund (100) Non Recurring Non Project (0001) General Contingency expenditures by $1,141. 4. increase Non Departmental (470) Grants Fund (249) Non Recurring Non Project (0001) expenditures by $1,141. 5. offsetting expenditure and revenue adjustments in the Eliminations (980) Eliminations Fund (900) Non Recurring Non Project (0001) by $1,141. This action does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-18-13-034-2-00)
