60. NON-EXCLUSIVE COX EASEMENT FOR NETWORK AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS FACILITIES Approve a Non-Exclusive Easement, without a public auction pursuant to ARS 11-251 (9), to the benefit of Cox Communications Arizona , LLC (Cox), its affiliates, successors and assigns, in consideration of one dollar ($1.00), to construct, place, operate, inspect, maintain, repair, replace, and remove network and telecommunication facilities as Cox may from time-to-time require for servicing the University of Arizona Agricultural Extension facility, and authorize the Chairman to execute the necessary Non-Exclusive Easements approved as to form by legal counsel to the County. The subject Non-Exclusive Easement is required so that Cox can provide network and telecommunication services to the University of Arizona Agricultural Extension facility at 4341 E. Broadway Road in Phoenix as requested by the University of Arizona. THIS ITEM REQUIRES THE UNANIMOUS CONSENT OF THE BOARD. (C-18-13-035-3-00)
