59. NON-EXCLUSIVE AND REVOCABLE LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH ARIZONA BOARD OF REGENTS FOR AND ON BEHALF OF ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY FOR TEMPORARY USE OF PARKING SPACES AT SAN TAN REGIONAL JUSTICE CENTER Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute a non-exclusive and revocable license agreement (License P-50231) between Maricopa County and the Arizona Board of Regents, for and on behalf of Arizona State University (ASU) for temporary use by ASU of approximately 38 County-owned parking spaces at the San Tan Regional Justice Center at 201 E. Chicago Street, Chandler, Arizona. The purpose of License P-50231 is to allow ASU temporary use of a portion of the County’s parking facility at the San Tan Regional Justice Court Center during the construction of a satellite classroom and lab facility improvements at the facility leased by ASU from the City of Chandler located at 249 E. Chicago Street, Chandler, Arizona. The term of the subject license agreement will be from the date of execution by the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors through September 30, 2013. AMENDMENT TO NON-EXCLUSIVE AND REVOCABLE LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH ARIZONA BOARD OF REGENTS FOR AND ON BEHALF OF ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY FOR TEMPORARY USE OF PARKING SPACES Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute Amendment No. 1 to Non-Exclusive and Revocable License Agreement (P-50231) between Maricopa County and the Arizona Board of Regents, for and on behalf of Arizona State University (ASU) for temporary use by ASU of approximately 38 parking spaces at the San Tan Regional Justice Center at 201 E Chicago St, Chandler, Arizona. The purpose of Amendment No. 1 to License P-50231 is to allow ASU continued temporary use of a portion of the County’s parking facility at the San Tan Regional Justice Court Center during the construction of a satellite classroom and lab facility improvements at the facility lease by ASU from the City of Chandler located at 249 E. Chicago Street, Chandler, Arizona. The term of the License will extend 31 days and expire October 31, 2013. There is no remuneration to the County. (C-18-13-037-3-01)
