72. LICENSE WITH CITY OF PHOENIX AND DESERT ARCHAEOLOGY, INC FOR TEMPORARY USE OF VACANT PROPERTY Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute, License P-50235 with the City of Phoenix (Phoenix) and Desert Archaeology, Inc. (Contractor) as Licensees and Maricopa County (County) as Licensor for Licensees’ temporary use of parcels APN 112-05-088A and APN 112-05-089A (Property) at the northwest corner of 9th Avenue and Madison Street in Phoenix, Arizona. Licensees will have temporary use of the vacant Property for staging excavated material as part of Phoenix’s archaeological study within the right-of-way along 9th Avenue and within the right-of-way along Jackson Street. The term of the agreement will expire on December 31, 2014, unless extended by the parties. Either Licensees or Licensor may terminate the agreement upon a 30-day written notice. Contractor shall comply with all laws, regulations, and ordinances in association with the use of the Property. Licensees will return the Property to County clear of any debris and/or stockpiled materials. The consideration in connection with this license agreement is nominal ($1.00). (C-18-14-005-3-00)
