RESOLUTION FOR LEASE AND LEASE-PURCHASE FOR THE ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATES OF PARTICIPATION Adopt a Resolution approving and authorizing the Lease and Lease-Purchase of certain real property for the issuance of tax exempt securities, consisting of certificates of participation, in an amount sufficient to finance not-to-exceed $266,129,775 of capital projects of the County as approved by the Board of Supervisors on December 10, 2014. On December 10, 2014, the Board of Supervisors approved the Authorization Resolution and Declaration of Intent for the issuance of tax exempt securities (C-18-15-003-4-00) with the maximum principal amount of obligation not-to-exceed $266,129,775.
