40. FUND TRANSFER AND BUDGET AMENDMENT In accordance with A.R.S. §42-17106(B), authorize the following amendments to the FY 2016 Non Departmental Budget (470): a) Approve a Non Recurring fund transfer of $30,000,000 from General Fund County Improvement Fund (445) to County Improvement Debt Service Fund (320). b) Increase expenditure authority in General Fund County Improvement Fund (445) Non Recurring Non Project (0001) by $30,000,000 from $23,346,433 to $53,346,433. c) Increase revenue authority in County Improvement Debt Service (320) Non Recurring Non Project (0001) by $30,000,000 from $13,313,984 to $43,313,984. d) Approve corresponding offsetting expenditure and revenue adjustments in Eliminations (980) Eliminations Fund (900) Non Recurring Non Project (0001). e) Decrease expenditure appropriation in Non Departmental Grants Fund (249) Non Recurring Non Project (0001) in the line “unreserved contingency” (4711) by $18,000,000. f) Decrease expenditure appropriation in County Improvement Fund (440) Southwest Justice Courts (SCJC) by $12,000,000 from $22,659,357 to $10,659,357 in FY 2016. g) Increase expenditure appropriation in County Improvement Debt Service Fund (320) Non Recurring Non Project (0001) by $30,000,000.
