41. RESOLUTION FOR REFUNDING BONDS AND FOR THE ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATES OF PARTICIPATION Adopt a Resolution authorizing the refunding and redemption of the remaining Lease Revenue Bonds, Series 2007A, issued by the Maricopa County Public Finance Corporation. Authorize and approve the execution and delivery of tax exempt securities, consisting of certificates of participation, in an amount sufficient for the refinancing. Approve and authorize the execution and delivery of amendments and supplements to a lease-purchase agreement and a trust agreement and other necessary agreements, instruments and documents.
