ACCEPT TRIBAL GAMING FUNDS FROM TOHONO O’ODHAM NATION FOR THE MARINE CORPS SCHOLARSHIP FOUNDATION: ARIZONA CAMPAIGN AND APPROPRIATED BUDGET ADJUSTMENT Pursuant to A.R.S. §5-601.02, authorize acceptance and pass-through of funds from the Tohono O’odham Nation for the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation: Arizona Campaign program in the not-to-exceed amount of $50,000 in FY 2018. On May 24, 2017, the Board authorized submission of this application to the Tohono O’odham Nation. Approve an increase to the FY 2018 budget for Finance (D180) Non Departmental Grants Fund (249) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP) revenues and expenditures appropriated budget in the amount of $50,000. This budget adjustment does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. Also, authorize the execution of the attached Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA), pending final review and approval by the County Attorney. (C-18-17-012-M-01)
