55. ADOPT A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS FOR THE BENEFIT OF MORRISON EDUCATION GROUP, INC. Adopt a resolution approving the proceedings of The Industrial Development Authority of the County of Maricopa for the issuance of its Education Revenue Bonds (Sun Valley Charter School Project), Series 2018 in one or more tax-exempt and/or taxable series in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $12,000,000.
