EXPENDITURE AUTHORITY ADJUSTMENT AND BUDGET TRANSFER In accordance with A.R.S. §42-17106(B), authorize the following transfers of expenditure authority between appropriated funds: a) Decrease the FY 2018 expenditure authority for the Non Departmental (D470) Grants Fund (249) Non Recurring/Non Project (NRNP) Contingency (4711) budget in the line "Unassigned” by $782,892. b) Increase the FY 2018 expenditure authority in the Non Departmental (D470) County Improvement Fund (441) Non Recurring/Non Project (NRNP) expenditure appropriation by $782,892. c) Approve a non recurring fund transfer of $8,195 from the County Improvement Fund (441) to the County Improvement Debt Fund (320).
