50. ESTABLISH A NEW UNIFIED COMMAND CENTER (UCC) DEPARTMENT FOR CARES ACT EXPENDITURES. Approve a new County Unified Command Center (UCC) Department. The Department will be established in Fiscal Year 2021 and will facilitate the County’s response to COVID-19. The UCC department will be located within Fund 200 (Stimulus Grant). Pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-17106(B), approve the following transfers for expenditure authority in FY 2021: 1. Increase the FY 2021 expenditure authority of the COVID 19 Unified Command Center (D890) Stimulus Grant Fund (200) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP) budget by $45,000,000 2. Decrease the FY 2021 expenditure authority of the Non Departmental (D470) Stimulus Grant Fund (200) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP) budget by ($45,000,000) County-wide net impact of zero.
