NON-OBJECTION LETTER FOR FOREIGN TRADE ZONE FOR TAIWAN SEMICONDUCTOR MANUFACTURING COMPANY (TSMC) Approve a “non-objection” letter for Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company’s (TSMC) request for Federal Trade Zone designation for a site located at Northwest corner of Loop 303 and 43rd Avenue alignment, parcel 204-09-001, which is owned by TSMC and to be included in the City of Phoenix Foreign Trade Zone No.75, and reclassification of said site as Class 6 property under A.R.S. 42-12006 once it receives Foreign Trade Zone designation. Authorize the Chairman to sign said “non-objection” letter. The letter will be directed to the Foreign Trade-Zone Board, U.S. Department of Commerce. (C-18-21-047-X-00)
