34. GRANT AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF MESA FOR CORONAVIRUS RELIEF FUND SMALL BUSINESS PROGRAM Authorize and approve an Intergovernmental Agreement, Coronavirus Relief Fund Grant Agreement (“Agreement”), between the City of Mesa (“City”) and Maricopa County (“County”) for the City to provide certain funds for use on their behalf in the Coronavirus Relief Fund Maricopa County Small Business Grant Program (“Grant Program”) administered by the County. The purpose of the Agreement is for the City to provide funds to the County for Small Business Grant awards made on behalf of the City to small business or non-profits meeting and complying with the qualifications of the Grant Program, that have a physical, commercial address in Mesa, Arizona. AMENDMENT TO THE CORONAVIRUS RELIEF FUND GRANT AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF MESA Authorize and approve Amendment No. 1 to the Intergovernmental Agreement, Coronavirus Relief Fund Grant Agreement (“Agreement”), between the City of Mesa (“City”) and Maricopa County (“County”) to amend the contract term effective through date from December 30, 2020, to December 31, 2021. In addition, amend other terms in the contract to reflect this revised effective date, as appropriate and to change the Point of contact for the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office. The initial Intergovernmental Agreement was approved by the Board on March 24, 2021 (C-18-21-063-X-00). (C-18-21-081-X-00)
