Approve a “non-objection” letter for VIAVI Solutions, Inc.’s request for Foreign Trade Zone designation for a site located at 3455 South McQueen Road, Building F, Chandler, Arizona, 85286, parcel 303-49-982, to be included in the City of Phoenix Foreign Trade Zone No. 75, and reclassification of said site as Class 6 property under A.R.S. 42-12006 once it receives Foreign Trade Zone designation.
