FY 2022 ARPA FUNDING BUDGET RECONCILIATION FOR APPROVED EXPENDITURES In accordance with A.R.S. 42-17106(B), approve the following increases to revenue and expenditure authority in FY 2022 for the Coronavirus Fiscal Recovery Fund (Fund 296) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP) budgets in the following departments: Adult Probation (D110): $27,680 Assistant County Manager – 950 (D950): $65,525,500 Budget and Finance (D180): $1,388,124 Correctional Health (D260): $4,659,134 County Attorney (D190): $5,833,753 County Manager (D200): $3,900,683 Emergency Management (D150): $14,943 Human Resources (D310): $379,000 Human Services (D220): $141,251,971 Juvenile Probation (D270): $230,933 Medical Examiner (D290): $2,691,383 Parks and Recreation (D300): $6,800,000 Procurement (D730): $300,000 Public Defense Services (D560): $3,994,827 Public Fiduciary (D340): $2,380,000 Public Health (D860): $84,935,381 Sheriff (D500): $3,007,812 Superior Court (D800): $199,606 Decrease the revenue and expenditure authority for Non Departmental (D470) Coronavirus Fiscal Recovery Fund (Fund 296) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP) by $327,520,730. This action brings all department Coronavirus Fiscal Recovery Fund (Fund 296) budgets to levels previously approved through ARPA expenditure approval agenda items. Moving forward, budget appropriation adjustments will be requested in the same agenda items as ARPA expenditure approval requests. Grant revenues are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitation, and therefore, expenditure of the funds is not prohibited by the Budget Law. Approval of this action does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-18-22-066-X-00)
