27. ULTIS PROJECT BUDGET ADJUSTMENT Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17106B, authorize the following adjustments to the FY 2022 budget: 1. Approve the transfer of expenditure authority in the amount of $2,497,297 from the Non Departmental (D470) Technology Capital Improvement Fund (460) ULTIS Project Reserve (PRSC) to the Non Departmental (D470) Technology Capital Improvement Fund (460) Treasurer Technology System Upgrade (TTSU) in the Treasurer Technology Improvements (TTS1) budget. This action will have a net zero impact on the overall County budget. The FY 2022 project reserve budget has $2,497,297 available to be appropriated after a project health check is completed. The project health check was delivered by the County’s CIO in January. (C-18-22-086-X-00)
