FILL THE GAP Certify by authority of A.R.S. § 41-2421 ("Fill the Gap" legislation) (1) that total revenues received in Fiscal Year 2020-2021 by the Justice Courts and the Superior Court including the Clerk of Superior Court are greater than court revenues received in Fiscal Year 1997-98; and, (2) authorize the County Treasurer to immediately distribute the 2020-2021 revenue deposited with the Maricopa County Treasurer pursuant to A.R.S. § 41-2421 (amounting to five percent of total court revenues from fees) as follows: 21.61% to State Aid to County Attorney Fund $984,752.69; 20.53% to State Aid to Indigent Defense Fund $935,537.84; 57.37% to Local Courts Assistance Fund $2,614,311.05; 0.49% to State Treasurer for Department of Law $22,328.96. NON-OBJECTION LETTER FOR FOREIGN-TRADE ZONE FOR NESTLE USA Approve a “non-objection” letter for Nestle USA request for Federal Trade Zone designation for a site located at 8745 N. 147th Avenue, Waddell, Arizona 85355, parcels 501-42-016K and 501-42-016L to be included in the Greater Maricopa Foreign Trade Zone No.277, and reclassification of said site as Class 6 property under A.R.S. 42-12006 once it receives Foreign Trade Zone designation. Authorize the Chairman to sign said “non-objection” letter. The letter will be directed to the Foreign Trade-Zone Board, U.S. Department of Commerce. (C-18-22-118-X-00)
