51. BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER MARKET STUDY In accordance with A.R.S. §42-17106(B), authorize the following amendments to FY 2022 budget: 1. Increase the expenditure appropriation in the Sheriff (D500) General Fund (100) Non Recurring (NRNP) budget by $1,007,296. 2. Decrease the expenditure appropriation in the Non Departmental (D470) General Fund (100) Non Recuring (NRNP) budget in the line “Unreserved Contingency” (4711) by $1,007,296. The budget adjustment is to give the Sheriff’s Office one-time funding to fund the Law Enforcement market adjustment through the remainder of FY 2022. The annualized funding will be recommended in the final FY 2023 budget. (C-18-22-123-X-00)
