36. CONTRACT WITH WESTMARC FOR FUNDING ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES Approve a Contract between Western Maricopa Coalition, Inc. dba WESTMARC (WESTMARC) and Maricopa County, executed on behalf of the County by the Supervisor representing District 4, administered by the Office of Budget and Finance, in an amount not-to-exceed $2,500. The purpose of this contract is to provide funding for economic development activities to be provided by WESTMARC for the purposes of enhancing and strengthening the employment base of Western Maricopa County by convening economic meetings and promoting agencies and groups within the area as well as groups looking to relocate to the area.
