40. CARES BUDGET ADJ USTMENT In accordance with A.R.S. 42-17106(B), approve the following budget adjustments for FY 2022: 1. Decrease expenditure appropriation in Non Departmental (D470) Non Departmental Grants Fund (249) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP) Contingency (4711) i n the line “Unassigned” by a not to exceed amount of $2,200,000. 2. Increase expenditure appropriation in Non Departmental (D470) Coronavirus Relief Fund (200) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP) by a not to exceed amount of $2,200,000. The County is closing out the remaining cash balance in the CARES fund. The remaining funds will be used to offset public safety personnel expenditures. The budget adjustment will be entered at the end of the year for the final amount allocated to CARES. (C-18-22-181-X- 00)
