Approve a “non-objection” letter for Ross Distribution, LLC request for Federal Trade Zone designation for a site located at 23361-23499 W Southern Ave, Buckeye, Arizona 85326, parcels 504-45-005L and 504-45-001N to be included in the Greater Maricopa Foreign Trade Zone No.277, and reclassification of said site as Class 6 property under A.R.S. 42-12006 once it receives Foreign Trade Zone designation. ADMINISTRATIVE CHANGE TO NON-OBJECTION LETTER FOR FOREIGN-TRADE ZONE FOR ROSS DISTRIBUTION COMPANY, LLC Approve an administrative change to the Non-Objection Letter for Foreign-Trade Zone for Ross Distribution, LLC agenda item C-18-23-005-X-00, approved on July 27, 2022, to correct the entity name to Ross Distribution Company, LLC, the word “Company” was inadvertently left out. Also, the parcels with the address 23361-23499 W Southern Avenue, Buckeye, AZ., were subsequently consolidated and the address of the applicable property is now 23255 W Southern Ave, Buckeye, Arizona. Authorize the Chairman to sign the revised “non-objection” letter. (C-18-23-098-X-00)
