129. STADIUM DISTRICT ANNUAL AUDIT Approve the Clifton Larson Allen LLP, June 30, 2023, Stadium District annual financial statement audit engagement letter. Pursuant to ARS 48-4231(D), County Stadium District Fund, the Board of Directors shall cause an annual audit to be conducted of the fund by an independent Certified Public Accountant. The Office of Budget and Finance will facilitate the Stadium District financial statement audit. (C-18-23-145-X-00)
