25. ELECTIONS GRANTS FUND TO RECORDER GRANTS FUND TRANSFER 1. Approve a fund transfer in the amount of $1,371,477 from the Elections Grants Fund (248) to the Recorder Grants Fund (298). 2. In accordance with A.R.S. 42-17106(B), approve the following amendments to the FY 2024 budget: a. Approve an increase to the Recorder’s Office (D360) Recorder Grants Fund (298) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP) revenue budget by a net $1,371,477. b. Approve an increase to the Elections Department (D210) Elections Grants Fund (248) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP) expenditure budget by a net $1,371,477. c. Approve offsetting revenue and expenditure adjustments to the Eliminations Department (D980) Eliminations Fund (900) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP) budgets in the amount of $1,371,477. Grant revenues are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitation, and therefore expenditure of the revenues is not prohibited by the budget law. These actions will have a county-wide net impact of zero and they do not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenue duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.A 42-17105.
