45. BUDGET ADJUSTMENT TO TRANSFER CAPITAL AND DEBT FUND BALANCES In accordance with A.R.S. 42-17106(B), approve the following amendments to the FY 2024 budget: 1. Increase the expenditure authority for Non Departmental (D470) Pension Reserve Fund (510) Non Recurring (NRNP) budget by $5,695,061. 2. Increase the expenditure authority for Non Departmental (D470) Pledged Revenue Fund (322) Non Recurring (NRNP) budget by $7,666,682. 3. Increase the expenditure authority for Non Departmental (D470) County Improvement Debt 2 (321) Non Recurring (NRNP) budget by $594,525. 4. Increase the expenditure authority for Non Departmental (D470) County Improvement Debt (320) Non Recurring (NRNP) budget by $6,714,625. 5. Increase the expenditure authority for Non Departmental (D470) County Improvement COP Series 2015 (440) Non Recurring (NRNP) budget by $4,056,451. 6. Increase the revenue authority for Non Departmental (D470) General Fund (100) Non Recurring (NRNP) budget by $22,165,366. 7. Increase the revenue authority for Non Departmental (D470) Detention Fund (255) Non Recurring (NRNP) budget by $2,501,869. 8. Increase the revenue authority for Transportation (D640) Transportation Operations (232) Non Recurring (NRNP) budget by $60,109. 9. Offsetting revenue and expenditure adjustments for Eliminations (D980) Eliminations Fund (900) Non Recurring (NRNP) budget by $24,727,344. These actions will have a County-wide net impact of zero and they do not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17105. The budget transfers are to clean up fund balances in the capital and debt funds and return to the home fund. The balances are primarily accumulated interest. (C-18-24-090-X-00)
