81. ADOPT A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS TO FINANCE PROPERTY LOCATED IN MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA, FOR THE BENEFIT OF FOUR THREE EDUCATION, INC. THROUGH THE NATIONAL FINANCE AUTHORITY Adopt a resolution approving for purposes of Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, the issuance by the National Finance Authority of its Education Revenue Bonds (Four Three Education, Inc.
