47. MCTIS PROJECT BUDGET ADJUSTMENT Pursuant to A.R.S. §42‐17106B, authorize the following adjustments to the FY 2024 budget: 1. Approve the transfer of expenditure authority in the amount of $1,217,919 from the Non Departmental (D470) Technology Capital Improvement Fund (460) ULTIS Project Reserve (PRSC) to the Non Departmental (D470) Technology Capital Improvement Fund (460) Treasurer Technology System Upgrade (TTSU) in the Treasurer Technology Improvements (TTS1) budget. This action will have a net zero impact on the overall County budget. The FY 2024 project reserve budget has $1,217,919 available to be appropriated after a project health check is completed. The Treasurer’s Office has provided a project health check completed by the County's CIO in February. (C-18-24-093-X-00)
