STADIUM DISTRICT ANNUAL AUDIT Approve the Stadium District fiscal year ended June 30, 2025, annual financial statement audit engagement letter for the contracted independent auditor Clifton Larson Allen LLP. Pursuant to ARS 48-4231(D), the Stadium District Board of Directors shall cause an annual audit to be conducted of the Stadium District by an independent Certified Public Accountant. The Office of Budget and Finance will facilitate the fiscal year 2025 Stadium District financial statement audit. (C-18-26-003-X-00)
