52. FY 2026 COMPLIANCE BUDGET ADJUSTMENT Pursuant to A.R.S §42-17106(B), approve the following FY 2026 appropriation adjustments. 1. Increase the Non Departmental (D470) General Fund (100) Compliance – Non Recurring (MEL1) expenditure budget in the Independent Investigator (4712) line by $400,000. 2. Decrease the Non Departmental (D470) General Fund (100) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP) expenditure budget in the Unreserved Contingency (4711) line by $400,000. These actions will have a net zero impact on the County-wide budget and do not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105.
