53. MARICOPA COUNTY FY 2026 ACCESS VOTER INFORMATION DATABASE (AVID) DUES PAYMENT Pursuant to A.R.S §42-17106(B), approve the following FY 2026 actions: 1. Decrease the Non Departmental (D470) General Fund (100) Non Recurring (NRNP) expenditure budget in the Unreserved Contingency (4711) line by $583,875. 2. Increase the Non Departmental (D470) General Fund (100) Non Recurring (NRNP) expenditure budget in the “Maricopa County FY 2026 AVID Dues Payment” (4712) line by $583,875. These actions will have a net zero impact on the County-wide budget and do not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105.
