44. AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT WITH AGUA FRIA FOOD AND CLOTHING BANK, INC. Approve, and authorize the Chairman to execute, amendment No. 2 to Lease Agreement MC10134 with Agua Fria Food and Clothing Bank, Lessee, an Arizona non-profit charitable corporation. The purpose of Amendment No. 2 is to update the Lessee insurance requirements, originally written in 1998. There is no cost to the County resulting from this lease agreement. (C-18-99-002-4-02)

56. COMMUNICATIONS FACILITIES LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH COX COMMUNICATIONS AND AGUA FRIA FOOD AND CLOTHING BANK FOR ACCESS TO COUNTY PROPERTY Approve and authorize the Chairman to approve a Communications Facilities License Agreement (the “Agreement”) between COX and Agua Fria Food and Clothing Bank, Inc., an Arizona non-profit corporation (AFFCB) for the installation of communication and data line/equipment on County Property at 405 E. Harrison Drive, Avondale, AZ 85323. The County, as owner of the property, leases the property to AFFCB pursuant to lease MC-10134, C-18-99-002-4-00. AFFCB has need of upgraded communications connection pursuant to an agreement with COX who is asking for approval by the County as property owner. The installation is at no cost or obligation to the County. The term of the Agreement shall commence upon approval of the Board of Supervisors and signature of the Chairman of the Board and expire five (5) years later. The term will automatically renew for consecutive one (1) year terms unless COX or AFFCB provide sixty (60) day notice of their intent to not to renew prior to the end of any renewal term. Either Party may terminate the Agreement with ninety (90) days’ notice to the other. (C-78-18-012-3-00)
