43. AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT WITH ST. MARY’S FOOD BANK ALLIANCE, INC. Approve, and authorize the Chairman to execute, amendment No. 2 to Lease Agreement MC10126 with St. Mary’s Food Bank Alliance, Lessee, an Arizona non-profit charitable corporation. The purpose of Amendment No. 2 is to update the Lessee insurance requirements, originally written in 1998. There is no cost to the County resulting from this lease agreement. (C-18-99-003-4-02)
