40.VEHICLE EXEMPTION FROM MARKINGS AND NON-GOVERNMENT LICENSE PLATES Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-538-03 and §28-2511(A), approve the issuance of non-governmental license plate and exemptions from county markings for County Attorney vehicle # 36801 - 2008 GMC Yukon. The license plate was stolen. The plate has been deleted out of the ADOT Motor Vehicle data base. A new agenda is required to place the vehicle back under A.R.S. §38-538-03 and §28-2511(A) status. The previous agenda was C-19-09-037-V-00.
