F-4. SETTLEMENT OF HERBERT E. DREISESZUN ET AL V. VULCAN MATERIALS COMPANY CALMAT COMPANY CV 2002-014968 Authorize settlement of Herbert E. Dreiseszun et al, v. Vulcan Materials Company, Calmat Company, and Flood Control District of Maricopa County, CV2002-014968, based on an agreement with Plaintiffs that the Flood Control District will forego its costs in the matter, with the exception of $10,094.50, which sum shall be paid to the Flood Control District by the Plaintiffs, with the stipulation that the matter be dismissed in its entirety, including all appeals, with both parties to pay all their own remaining costs, expert fees, and attorney's fees, as discussed in Executive Session on April 13, 2009.
