2. EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION PACKAGE Approve an Executive Compensation Package (ECP) for James Keppel, an unclassified Special Assistant in the County Attorney's Office, authorizing a deposit of 80 hours of PTO and 40 hours of FML to his leave balance(s) and awarding a Schedule #5 Leave Accrual Rate effective April 30, 2010. If approved, the ECP agreement will adjust the leave accrual rates for James Keppel to a Schedule 5 Leave Accrual Rate effective April 30, 2010. This ECP agreement will also authorize a deposit of 80 hours of vacation leave and 40 hours of sick leave into the leave balances for James Ke ppel effective April 30, 2010. (C-19-10-031-M-00)
