13. COUNTY ATTORNEY CIVIL DIVISION BUDGET AMENDMENT Pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-17106(B), transfer FY 2009-10 expenditure appropriation not to exceed $3,500,000 from the Non-Departmental (470) General Fund (100) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001) “Unreserved Contingency” line to County Attorney Civil (280) General Fund (100) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001). This transfer will result in a net impact of zero to the County's general fund budget. This agenda will shore up the County Attorney Civil Division's budget for the remainder of FY 2010. The County Attorney is continuing to work with OMB to develop a budgetary plan for FY 2011 that will come before the Board of Supervisors separately for any operational adjustments that are required.
