9. EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION PACKAGE – ADDITIONAL LEAVE REQUEST Approve an Executive Compensation Package (ECP) for William L. McDonald, an unclassified Administrator in the County Attorney's Office, authorizing a deposit of 80 hours of Vacation Leave and 40 hours of Sick Leave to his leave balance(s) effective June 16, 2010. Approve an Executive Compensation Package (ECP) for Jaime Daddona Brennan, an unclassified Special Assistant in the County Attorney's Office, authorizing a deposit of 80 hours of Vacation Leave and 40 hours of Sick Leave to her leave balance(s) effective June 14, 2010. If approved, the ECP agreement will authorize a deposit of 80 hours of Vacation Leave and 40 hours of Sick Leave into the leave balances for William L. McDonald and Jaime Daddona Brennan effective June 16, 2010 and June 14, 2010, respectively. The ECP is a part of the hiring agreement and was necessary to recruit and retain qualified individuals to fill these roles within the organization. (C-19-10-037-M-00)
