OFFICIAL APPOINTMENTS AND OATHS OF OFFICE - COUNTY ATTORNEY Pursuant to A.R.S. § 11-409, approve the official appointment of the following Deputy County Attorneys and assistants of the Maricopa County Attorney. Authorize the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors to certify the Official Appointment and Oaths of Office in accordance with A. R. S. § 38-231, and to cause them to be filed with the County Recorder. Effective June 7, 2010 Brent Nelson, MCAO Assistant Finance Manager Effective June 14, 2010 Jaime Daddona Brennan, Special Assistant Deputy County Attorney Effective June 16, 2010 William McDonald, Administrative Chief Effective June 28, 2010 Leesa Morrison, Special Assistant Deputy County Attorney Effective July 1, 2010 Shelley Mann, Legal Services Manager The County Attorney is an Officer of the County, as enumerated in A.R.S. § 11-401, and pursuant to A.R.S. § 11-409, such an enumerated County Officer may appoint deputies and assistants with the consent of the Board of Supervisors.
