11. EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION PACKAGES Approve Executive Compensation Packages (ECP) for Blaine Gadow, an unclassified Senior Attorney and Frank Collins, an unclassified Senior Associate Attorney, both in the County Attorney's Office, authorizing a deposit of 80 hours of vacation and 40 hours of sick leave to their balance(s) effective July 12, 2010. If approved, this ECP agreement will authorize a deposit of 80 hours of vacation leave and 40 hours of sick leave into the leave balances for Blaine Gadow and Frank Collins effective July 12, 2010.
