6. ADMINISTRATIVE CHANGE TO RECOGNIZE NEW LESSOR UNDER LEASE L-7417 Accept an administrative informational notice to Maricopa County for Lease Agreement No. L-7417 to recognize PEG PHX Jefferson Street, LLC as the new property owner with regards to County Attorney office lease at 11 West Jefferson, Phoenix, AZ. The purpose of this notice is to update a change of ownership from Luhr’s Investments, LLC to PEG PHX Jefferson Street, LLC. Pursuant to Section 14.4 of Lease L-7417, the County received formal notice that PEG PHX Jefferson Street, LLC is the new property owner and successor Lessor via Special Warranty Deed as recorded with the County Recorder on December 19, 2019, via instrument number 2019-1030306 All rent payments and Notices under the Agreement, per the property manager, shall be sent to person(s) and address(es) yet to be determined. Once Notice and remit addresses are known, Real Estate Department will update the County department and the Clerk of the Board. Property management will remain the same, Lincoln Property Company Commercial, Inc., 3131 East Camelback Road, Suite 318, Phoenix, AZ 85016. (C-19-11-006-1-05)
