10. COUNTY ATTORNEY CIVIL DIVISION BUDGET ADJUSTMENT Pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-17106(B), transfer FY 2010-11 expenditure appropriation of $445,000 from the Non-Departmental (470) General Fund (100) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001) “Unreserved Contingency” line to County Attorney Civil (280) General Fund (100) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001). This action results in a net impact of zero to the total County General Fund budget. This action will shore up the County Attorney Civil Division's budget for the months of August and September in FY 2011. The County Attorney is continuing to work with OMB to develop a budgetary plan for FY 2011 that would come before the Board of Supervisors separately for any necessary operational adjustments.
