14. OFFICIAL APPOINTMENTS AND OATHS OF OFFICE - COUNTY ATTORNEY Pursuant to A.R.S. § 11-409, approve the official appointment of the following Deputy County Attorneys of the Maricopa County Attorney. Authorize the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors to certify the Official Appointment and Oaths of Office in accordance with A. R. S. § 38-231, and to cause them to be filed with the County Recorder. Effective July 12, 2010 Blaine Gadow, Deputy County Attorney Frank Collins, Deputy County Attorney Effective August 23, 2010 Kathryn McCormick, Deputy County Attorney Bradley Astrowsky, Deputy County Attorney Effective September 6, 2010 Jeremy Miller, Deputy County Attorney Katherine Staab, Deputy County Attorney Stewart Salwin, Deputy County Attorney Stephen Mufarreh, Deputy County Attorney Effective September 20, 2010 Hermelinda Garcia, Deputy County Attorney Jeffrey Kerr, Deputy County Attorney The County Attorney is an Officer of the County, as enumerated in A.R.S. § 11-401, and pursuant to A.R.S. § 11-409, such an enumerated County Officer may appoint deputies and assistants with the consent of the Board of Supervisors.
