9. BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR COUNTY ATTORNEY CIVIL DIVISION Pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-17106(B), transfer FY 2010-11 expenditure appropriation of $275,000 from Non-Departmental (470) General Fund (100) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001) to County Attorney Civil (280) General Fund (100) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001). This action results in a net impact of zero to the total County General Fund budget. Within the appropriated budget for Non-Departmental, the amount to be transferred will be deducted from Unreserved Contingency. This action will shore up the County Attorney Civil Division's budget for the months of October and November in FY 2011. The County Attorney is continuing to work with the Office of Management and Budget to develop a budgetary plan for FY 2011 that would come before the Board of Supervisors separately for any necessary operational adjustments.
