10. COUNTY ATTORNEY CIVIL DIVISION BUDGET ADJUSTMENT - BAR COMPLAINTS AND SPECIAL ACTION Pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-17106(B), transfer FY 2010-11 expenditure appropriation of $100,000 from Non-Departmental (470) General Fund (100) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001) to County Attorney Civil (280) General Fund (100) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001). This action results in a net impact of zero to the total County General Fund budget. Within the appropriated budget for Non-Departmental, the amount to be transferred will be deducted from Unreserved Contingency. This budget request is necessary due to costs associated with bar complaints and special action matters related to the prior administration of the County Attorney’s Office. This agenda item is submitted separately from C1911019200 to distinguish between non-routine costs and on-going Civil Division costs for FY 2011 which are included in C1911019200. The County Attorney continues to work with the OMB to develop a budgetary plan for FY 2011 that would come before the Board of Supervisors separately for any necessary operational adjustments.
