10. OFFICIAL APPOINTMENTS AND OATHS OF OFFICE - COUNTY ATTORNEY Pursuant to A.R.S. § 11-409, approve the official appointments of the following assistants of the Maricopa County Attorney. Authorize the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors to certify the Official Appointment and Oaths of Office in accordance with A. R. S. § 38-231, and to cause them to be filed with the County Recorder. Effective November 15, 2010: Yanais Meraz, Legal Support Assistant Effective November 22, 2010: Douglas Irish, Special Assistant Deputy County Attorney Jerry Cobb, Communication Director Effective November 23, 2010: Daniel Seiden, Special Assistant Deputy County Attorney Effective November 29, 2010: Tiffany Bilante, Legal Support Assistant Melissa Hyde, Business Manager The County Attorney is an Officer of the County, as enumerated in A.R.S. § 11-401, and pursuant to A.R.S. § 11-409, such an enumerated County Officer may appoint deputies and assistants with the consent of the Board of Supervisors.
