11. EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION PACKAGE AND ADDITIONAL LEAVE REQUEST Approve an Executive Compensation Package (ECP) for Douglas Irish, an unclassified Special Assistant Deputy County Attorney in the County Attorney's Office, authorizing a deposit of 80 hours of PTO and 40 hours of FML to his leave balance(s) effective November 22, 2010. Approve an Executive Compensation Package (ECP) for Daniel Seiden, an unclassified Special Assistant Deputy County Attorney in the County Attorney's Office, authorizing a deposit of 80 hours of PTO and 40 hours of FML to his leave balance(s) effective November 23, 2010. Approve an Executive Compensation Package (ECP) for Jerry Cobb, an unclassified Communication Director in the County Attorney's Office, authorizing a deposit of 80 hours of PTO and 40 hours of FML to his leave balance(s) effective November 29, 2010. If approved, the ECP agreement will authorize a deposit of 80 hours of vacation leave and 40 hours of sick leave into the leave balances for Douglas Irish effective November 22, 2010, Daniel Seiden effective November 23, 2010, and Jerry Cobb effective November 29, 2010, respectively. The ECP is necessary as this was a part of the hiring agreement and was necessary to recruit and retain qualified individuals to fill these roles within the organization. (C-19-11-032-M-00)
