13. EXPENDITURE APPROPRIATION AND POSITION TRANSFER - COUNTY ATTORNEY CIVIL SERVICES DIVISION Pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-17106(B), transfer FY 2010-11 expenditure appropriation of $40,000 from the Non-Departmental (470) General Fund (100) Operating (0000) “Outside Counsel” line to County Attorney Civil Division (280) General Fund (100) Operating (0000) budget. Also approve a FY 2011-12 target adjustment of $120,000 to County Attorney Civil Division (280) General Fund (100), Operating (0000) budget. This adjustment is to be made between the tentative and final adoption of the FY 2011-12 budget. Lastly, transfer PCN 67755 (Attorney) and its incumbent from the General Litigation Department (330) to the County Attorney Civil Division (280) on or before April 15, 2011. This transfer results in a net zero impact to the general fund. (C-19-11-055-2-00)
